You can also text the word “Coronavirus” to 211-211 to receive information and updates on your cell phone.

    For non-clinical support, related to stress around the COVID-19 pandemic, contact WAListens at 1-833-681-0211.

  • Mental and Emotional Well-being Resources

    The Washington State Coronavirus Response website has support resources for mental and emotional well-being.
