North District Business Resiliency Workshop

This workshop is designed to assist healthcare managers and leaders in preparing Business Resiliency plans that will help protect healthcare organizations, employees and patients in the event of a disruption. The workshop will help organizations learn the fundamentals of business resilience. Participants will acquire the tools to help their organization plan to remain open, or to re-open rapidly after a disruption, so the organizations can continue the mission of their organization – to provide medical care.

Each participant will receive a comprehensive business resiliency workbook to reference during the course and assist in developing an emergency operations plan for the organization, with time during the workshop to work on their plan.
