MGT-340: Crisis Leadership & Decision Making Seminar
March 4, 2020 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
This seminar uses one of four Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government case studies to examine the dynamics of crisis leadership and decision making from an elected or senior official’s perspective. The final outcome of the seminar is the development of individual and jurisdictional action plans to guide improved preparedness and emergency response. We will be using the case study “Emergency Response System Under Duress: The Public Health Fight to Contain SARS in Toronto”.
