G-191: Incident Command System / Emergency Operations Center Interface

This is a very valuable course that brings together people that respond to incidents in the field (law enforcement, fire service, public works, etc.) with people that respond to an Emergency Operations Center during incidents and helps each group:
– Understand what capabilities *each* group can bring to resolve an incident quicker and
– Understand what they can *each* do to help the other group be more effective during an incident.
