November 3
On November 3, 2023, the Northwest Healthcare Response Network (NWHRN) will be hosting a state-wide communications drill to test and validate regional communication plans. All facilities located in the Washington State are welcome to participate.
Exercise Objectives:
- NWHRN demonstrates the ability to distribute alerts and notifications to pertinent stakeholders across all disciplines with a specific focus on Hospital, SNF, Public Health, and Emergency Management partners.
- Healthcare Coalition partners demonstrate the ability to respond to the notification with the requested information using prescribed communication methods.
- NWHRN and the Healthcare Coalition demonstrate the ability to return to normal operations.
