Business Continuity & Resiliency Workshop

This workshop is designed to assist healthcare managers and leaders in preparing Business Resiliency plans that will help protect healthcare organization employees and patients in the event of a disruption.
This workshop will help organizations learn the fundamentals of Business Resilience. Participants will acquire the tools to help their organization plan to remain open, or to re-open rapidly after a disruption, so the organizations can continue the mission of their organization – to provide medical care.
