- Discussion and activity for writing a Master Scenario Events List (MSEL)
- Overview of exercise control simulation concepts
- Setting up and Exercise Control Cell
- Exercise Controller staffing, structure, training, communications, and safety and security
- Identify actions to improve the exercise control and simulation
