In the event of critical healthcare supplies or equipment shortage, refer to the attached Resource Request Process Flow Chart.
If a resource shortage cannot be solved via normal channels, contact the Network’s Duty Officer to apprise us of the situation.
The 213RR Resource Request Form should be used when requesting resources through the Network. When completing the form, complete all relevant sections in the top half of the form, and be as specific as possible with your request. For example, if you need water, indicate quantity, unit size, etc.
